When you buy from khairjalees .com we want you to be happy with your purchase. So, if you need to return a product, get it exchanged or refunded, we want to make it as easy as possible.

If you do not want to pay online for your order, you can easily pay in cash when the product is delivered to you, and this applies to orders with a total of less than 2000 AED.
Return and Refund policy

For products that have been delivered, we will refund the value of the product subject to return in full including the fees for returning the product to us (excluding fees paid to ship the product to you) and this applies in the following cases:
Products that are defective or whose description does not match what is stated on the site.
If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part such as an error in pricing or description
For all other cases, we will refund the value of the returned product (excluding the fees paid to ship the product to you) and you will bear the cost of returning the product to us. For products that have not been delivered, you are entitled to receive a full refund if you cancel the purchase order.
Refund procedures:

The amount will be returned to you after we receive and inspect the product by the supplier, and the refund will be the same as the method of payment for it, as follows:
If you have paid for cash on delivery, we will refund the value to you
If you have paid the amount using a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the credit/debit card
